Dear CPDP Community,
In light of the rapidly changing measures to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic, the CPDP Programming Committee would like to provide an important update about CPDP2022.
The Belgian government announced, by Royal Decree, the cancelation of in-person events of more than 200 people until 28 January 2022. As a result of this measure, the CPDP Programming and Scientific Committees have decided to postpone the CPDP conference to Spring 2022.
With the safety of the community as a top priority, it is our responsibility to create a more COVID-safe environment. Postponing CPDP by a few months allows us to welcome as many of you as possible back in Brussels after some time apart. After all, the lively moments and interdisciplinary inquiry for which the community comes together are integral to the character of CPDP.
Most importantly, the Programming Committee would like to extend its gratitude to all partners, sponsors, supporters and collaborators who, year after year, work in harmony with us to bring CPDP to life. Without you it would not be possible, and we look forward to maintaining this in 2022.
We now continue to engage directly with all stakeholders to make the necessary arrangements for Spring 2022. We would urge you to keep a close eye on mail communications from us over the next few weeks, as the team is working hard to confirm the new dates soon. In the meantime, you can refer to this FAQ document which we hope will answer the most pressing questions for now.
With Warm Regards,
The CPDP Programming Committee
