Luca Bolognini is a leading European expert in privacy, data law and digital regulations. President of the Italian Institute for Privacy and Data Valorisation, founded in 2008. Founding Partner of the international law firm ICTLC - ICT Legal Consulting. Luca lectures on privacy, data and AI law at several master courses in Italy and abroad. He is co-chair of the Europrivacy International Board of Senior Experts, and co-founder of the Privacy Symposium Conference in Venice. In the past 15 years he has published, as author and editor, more than ten legal volumes, including the first Italian complete commentary on the GDPR. Author of the lateral thinking books «A.I. Artificial Insanity» (2019), «The Art of Privacy» (2022), and «Painted Privacy» (2024).
