Dr. Silvia De Conca is Assistant Professor in Law & Technology at the Transnational Legal Studies department of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and researcher and board member of the Amsterdam Law & Technology Institute (ALTI) at VU Amsterdam. Silvia is the co-chair of the Human Rights in the Digital Age group, within the Netherlands Network for Human Rights Research (NNHRR). Silvia’s research focuses on online manipulation, law and AI/robotics, privacy and data protection, smart home and IoT, and more in general regulating technology through law.
