Aviva de Groot is a postdoctoral researcher on AI, Human Rights and Administrative Law at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society, Tilburg University. She is interested in what constitutes fair and responsible knowledge practices (including law-making) and what the implications of this approach has for questions of technology governance. Her research experience and interests especially concern relations of social-epistemic power inequality such as state-citizen, doctor-patient.
