Jacques Mandrillon is a senior counsel within the Salesforce Privacy team with a demonstrated history of working in the software industry and expertise in regulated areas. He works on different privacy and data-related topics, with a particular focus on AI regulation, cross-border data flows, and contractual negotiations. Before Salesforce, he worked as an IT lawyer at SAP and in law firms. He also gives lectures at the University of Paris Saclay on IT laws & regulations and contractual negotiations.
