Anni Ojajärvi has background in social sciences (PhD in sociology) and works as Senior Lead – Human, Foresight & Strategy in the Social Insurance Institution of Finland. In Kela’s Innovation & Growth -team, Anni combines strategic foresight, deep human insight and strategic design in order to help Kela be more human centric and develop human-centric innovations.
