Rebekah Smith is Workforce and ESG Executive for Europe for IBM. She leads IBM engagement with the EU institutions on employment and social policy, including AI at the workplace, work organisation and industrial relations, as well as workforce and community skills development, corporate social responsibility & sustainability reporting. She was previously Deputy Director for Social Affairs at BusinessEurope. She has 20 years of experience in EU employment and social policy.
