Henning is a Partner with McKinsey & Company, advising and serving banks throughout Europe and the Middle East on their large-scale IT and data transformations, with a strong focus on driving digitization and innovation. He supports clients on IT strategy, IT architecture and technology modernization programs, including core banking system transformations. He's an analytical person, deeply involved in research on innovation and its practical usage such as quantum computing and its industrial applications. He frequently writes and speaks about quantum technologies. Henning's goal is to develop himself professionally and personally and to understand the "reality distortion field".
