Christopher Wilson is the executive director of MyData Global (mydata.org). He has previously worked with governance assessment data at the United Nations Development Program and served as senior advisor for evidence and learning at the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative. His academic research has focused on digital transformation of the public sector and the role of trust and public engagement in regulating emerging technologies (https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=frFT95AAAAAJ&hl=en). He co-founded the Responsible Data Forum (https://responsibledata.io/) and The Engine Room, a non-profit organization supporting the use of digital technology be advocacy and development initiatives (https://www.theengineroom.org/).
