Eva Wolfangel is a journalist, speaker and moderator focusing on artificial intelligence, virtual reality, cybersecurity, data journalism and the ethics of future technologies. In 2018 she was named European Science Journalist of the Year by the Association of British Science Writers. In 2020 she was awarded the German Reporterpreis. In 2019/20 she was a Knight Science Journalism Fellow at MIT in Boston, Massachusetts. Eva's specialty is combining narrative storytelling and complex topics to reach a broad audience - which she also did with her book on cybersecurity, "Ein falscher Klick", published by Penguin Randomhouse in November 2022.
