Jessica Eynard is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toulouse Capitole, France. Her research fields include artificial intelligence law, digital identity and personal data protection law. In 2012, her thesis work on the notion of personal data has been awarded by the French Data Protection Authority. She co-directed the publication of several collective work : 1) "L'identité numérique, quelle définition pour quelle protection ?", Larcier, 2020,awarded by the International Forum of Cybersecurity in 2021 ; 2) Artificial Intelligence Law : between sectoral rules and comprehensive regime comparative law, Bruylant, 2023 ; 3) "L’identité numérique en construction. Quels enjeux et quels modèles ?", Larcier, 2024.
