Andrea is a policy officer at the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion at the European Commission. In this role, he analyses and designs policies on algorithmic management, remote/hybrid work, the right to disconnect and youth employment. He has worked as a civil servant in the European Commission since 2008.
