Eldar Haber is an Associate Professor (tenured) at the Faculty of Law, University of Haifa, and a visiting professor at the Institute for Information Law (IViR), University of Amsterdam. He is the co-director (on sabbatical leave) of the Haifa Center for Law & Technology (HCLT), and a past fellow and faculty associate at the Berkman-Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University (2015-2018). His main research interests consist of various facets of law and technology, including AI, cyber law, intellectual property, privacy, and criminal law. His works have been published in various flagship law reviews worldwide, including top-specialized law and technology journals, along with his book Criminal Copyright (CUP, 2018).
