Kaminski

Margot Kaminski is a Professor at the University of Colorado Law School. She specializes in the law of new technologies, including data privacy (data protection) law. Recently, her work has examined the regulation of AI, with a focus on governance and accountability. Professor Kaminski is spending Spring 2024 conducting research at the European University Institute (EUI) on Comparative AI Law as a Fernand Braudel Senior Fellow and the recipient of a 2023-24 Fulbright-Schuman Grant. She is also currently working on a forthcoming casebook on AI Law with Professors Paul Ohm and Andrew Selbst.
