Midas Nouwens is a senior advisor at the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority) in the department of Strategy. He is responsible for the regulatory startegy of the DPA as a whole, and for the dedicated programme on "Algorithms & Personal Data" specifically.
