Dr. Laura Nurski is an Associate Research Fellow and Head of Programme on Future of Work at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS). She is a quantitative social scientist holding a PhD in Economics, a M.Sc. of Advanced Studies in Economics, and a M.Sc. in Business Engineering (all from KU Leuven). Before joining CEPS, Laura worked in the private sector, both as a data scientist and as an organisation design researcher. Since then, she has studied Future of Work trends at universities and think tanks. She specialises in the impact of artificial intelligence on the nature, quantity and quality of work.
