Luz is a Dphil candidate at the Faculty of Law in the University of Oxford. Her research lies at the intersection of constitutional law and emerging technologies. Prior to joining Oxford, she worked as a career clerk at the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice and as a research advisor at the Federal Judicial Council. She has taught International Human Rights Law, Philosophy of Human Rights, and Gender Justice to undergraduate and graduate students at different universities. She completed an LLM degree at Columbia University as a Fulbright Scholar and a LLB at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
