Nina Baranowska (she/her) is a Postdoctoral Researcher at iHub: Interdisciplinary research hub on digitalization and society at Radboud University. She completed her PhD in the EU and private law, and the Master of Laws in Law &Technology. Her research interests focus on legal challenges of AI and digital technologies, in relation to data protection, non-discrimination law, and product liability. Nina is currently involved in the interdisciplinary project FINDHR (Fairness and Intersectional Non-Discrimination in Human Recommendation), funded by Horizon Europe, where she conducts legal research on non-discrimination, data protection and data governance aspects of algorithmic hiring.
