The EU has adopted a host of new digital laws – including the Data Act, the Data Governance Act, the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act, and the AI Act. Practicing lawyers have a unique perspective on legislation and its function – as those tasked with, on a day-to-day basis, using the law to achieve specific outcomes.
