Klaudia is a PhD student and research associate at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law at the University of Vienna where she mainly works in third-party funded projects relating to health and new technologies. Klaudia has a background in European and international law. Her research focuses on data protection, AI regulation and health data. She is interested in the relationship between gender, technology and fundamental rights in digital health technologies.
